BOOKINGS/CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

You can use the online booking system on our website, call us on +39 041 966 721 or send us an email at mediterraneo@vacanze-natura.it.

It is possible to request a specific pitch number only by contacting us directly and not via the online platform.

As regards the housing units, a specific number cannot be requested; the number is assigned upon arrival at the reception regardless of the booking method.

Payment methods are outlined in the deposit request sent via email when booking through our booking office. For online bookings, the deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. The deposit amount is approximately 30% of the total stay booked.

The balance of the stay can be paid on the day of departure or the previous day at the cash office during its opening hours.

It is possible to pay by credit card, Visa or Mastercard, Debit Card, Maestro or cash within the limits established by law.
We do not accept cheques and American Express credit card.
Please check your credit or debit card limits before arriving at the resort.

All guests, irrespective of age, are obliged to pay the tourist tax at the time of payment. The amount is set by the Municipality of Cavallino Treporti (in 2023, it was €0.75 per person/day, applicable during the period from May to September).

Online check-in, accessible upon receiving the booking confirmation, should be completed by logging into your reserved area. A reminder is also sent a few days before the stay begins to expedite the registration process. Alternatively, check-in can be performed in person upon arrival. Guests are encouraged to visit the reception with all necessary documents and vehicle plate number.

It is possible to access the pitches and housing units starting from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival.

Arrival is permitted between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm for check-in and occupying the reserved pitch. During the period from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, silence hours are in effect, and vehicle circulation is prohibited. The pitch, however, is guaranteed from 4:00 pm onward.

Accommodation is guaranteed from 4:00 pm, so it is advisable to plan your trip accordingly. However, arriving in the morning is permitted, not before 11:00 am, to check-in, use all Camping Village services, and, if available, use the parking space for the booked housing unit. Once the housing unit is ready, an SMS notification is sent to your mobile phone. During the period from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, silence hours are in effect, and vehicle circulation is prohibited.

On the day of departure, guests must vacate the pitch by 11:00 am. Please proceed to the reception to return your camping passes and bracelets, and exit the facility, including with the vehicle.

Non-overnight visitors are permitted. They must go to the reception to register and pay the daily rate at the cash office as per our price list.

The Management reserves the right to limit access during peak periods; we therefore recommend contacting us in advance to check the availability of entrances.

HOUSING UNITS AND PITCHES

By visiting the ‘Lodging’ or ‘Glamping’ section on our website and selecting each specific type of accommodation, you can access details about the amenities and services of each housing unit and tent. Additionally, you will find a brief description, virtual tour, photo gallery, as well as the housing unit layout and a map of the Village to identify the location of each type of accommodation.

Housing units: accommodate up to 4 people (except Chalet Laguna Mini, which accommodates 2) and include 1 parking space, bed linen, bathroom linen (exclusive to Chalet, Maxi Med Mare, Natura Lodge, and Comfort Tent), beach service (1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds), access to the water park, air conditioning, basic Wi-Fi, entertainment, and final cleaning.

Please note that the tourist tax is not included in the price.

This equipment is made available free of charge and can be requested at the time of booking taking into account the following criteria:

  • Cot (1.20 m x 0.60 m) for children up to 2 years old
  • High chair for children up to 3 years old
  • Bed rail for children up to 4 years old

For each child, you may request either a cot or a bed rail, but not both.
The equipment is brought to your housing unit in the late afternoon on the day of arrival.

This equipment is only provided to guests staying in the housing units or in the Glamping area.

Some housing units are already supplied with towels, see the Lodging and Glamping section of our website.

For housing units that do not include them, towels can be requested when booking at the price of Euro 6.00 per set – each set includes a bath towel, a face towel and a bidet towel.
Towels can also be requested on site.

THE RESORT

Camping Village Mediterraneo is located in a lush pine forest along the Cavallino-Treporti coastline and has an equipped beach.

Animals are not allowed, except for guide dogs.

The pools are equipped with a heating system, excluding the ‘Laguna’ pool. The maintained temperature is approximately 27°-28°, subject to variations based on climatic conditions.

Grilling is permitted; however, for safety reasons, only electric or gas grills using Campingaz cylinders are permitted (therefore, grilling without an open flame, not with charcoal).
Please note that this equipment is not provided by the Camping Village.

During your stay, packages may be delivered to the address of Camping Village Mediterraneo, Via delle Batterie 38, I-30013 Cavallino-Treporti (VE) – Italy. Please make sure to specify your surname, name, and accommodation number.

The Village provides personalised entertainment for all age groups. The Kids Club is ready to welcome children aged 3-12 years, while teenagers (13-17 years) can enjoy activities at the Junior Club throughout the day. These programmes are designed to be fun, dynamic, and creative, fostering a sense of togetherness.

La Melissa – Baby Room is an exclusive and innovative service located within the Le Terrazze complex where parents can leave their children from 2 years of age with complete peace of mind.

Calm and harmonious to encourage the free expression of the interests and experiences of each little guest and inspired by the Montessori philosophy with related games and materials.

Conceived as an edutainment centre, La Melissa – Baby Room is a place where children can create, play, learn, relax and feel part of a friendly group.

SERVICES

For first-time visitors, an excursion to Venice is a must. However, exploring the surrounding areas such as Cavallino, Jesolo, or the Veneto region hinterland can also be fascinating.

Bicycles can be rented directly at our ‘Bazaar’, no. 5 on the village map.

The price of all housing units includes 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds.

For those who occupy the pitches, umbrellas and sunbeds can be rented at the information office, subject to availability, at the rates specified in our price list.

Cool boxes, located in the washroom/washing machine area – no. 5 on the village map – can be rented by going to the cash office.

On-site rentals are not available, but you can contact the information office for assistance in arranging rentals from specialised shops located nearby.

At the conclusion of the check-in process, camping passes are issued, containing printed access credentials.

Swimming courses take place at our partner Camping Village Dei Fiori, located nearby. Reservations can be made at the Camping Village Mediterraneo information office.

The private medical service is available in front of the reception every day approximately from the end of May to the beginning of September. To find out the opening hours and for any further needs, please contact the reception during your stay.

In addition to the restaurants we provide the following services:

  • Charging point for electric cars (no. 4). Charging vehicles via the electrical socket of the pitch or housing unit is not permitted.

Both the supermarket and restaurants offer gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan alternatives. Feel free to visit these establishments directly for specific dietary requirements.

You can also work out on holiday in our fitness centre, which is equipped with modern and high-quality Tecnogym machines. Access is free of charge and is permitted to persons aged 16 years and over. You must wear appropriate clothing, clean trainers and have a towel with you. A disclaimer must be signed at our information office before entering the fitness centre.

The Laguniamo project: Venice lagoon by boat and kayak.

Laguniamo offers the opportunity to admire the lagoon from an unusual perspective through kayak outings, ELECTRIC and MOTOR boat tours.
Thanks to the collaboration with our best partners, we organise accompanied trips in the morning and at sunset and in the evening, nature outings, private tours, birthday parties, team building, bachelor/bachelorette parties, electric boat rides through the park of Cavallino Treporti, canoe rental and the possibility of a kayak tour with bike tour.
