For those who love cycling, passing through the green Camping Village Mediterraneo pine forest every day is regenerating and relaxing; however, the real beauty is the lagoon of Cavallino Treporti, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which offers a natural and enchanting landscape. Amidst emerged shoals and fishing valleys, this wonderful scenario will be the background of your discovery of ancient rural hamlets such as Treporti, Saccagnana, Mesole and Lio Piccolo.

Camping Village Mediterraneo is the ideal starting point to reach one of the most beautiful cities in the world by boat and immerse yourself in its long history. From the nearby harbour of Punta Sabbioni, guests can travel by boat to St. Mark’s square or discover the charm of the lagoon, with its multitude of small, beautiful islands, such as Murano, Burano and Torcello.

A modern bridge separates the peaceful territory of Cavallino Treporti from the lively Jesolo seaside resort. About 40 km away, the attractions of the Marca Trevigiana include itineraries where art, history, culture and excellent food and wine weave a fascinating tapestry. The breath-taking landscapes of the Prosecco hills that were depicted by painters like Giorgione, Cima and Titian and the beautiful cities of Treviso and Asolo are perfect for a day trip.

Getting Around

From Camping Village Mediterraneo, at the heart of the Cavallino Treporti peninsula, you can easily get to Venice and visit the beautiful spots of the Veneto region thanks to Atvo scheduled bus service and Actv motor boats.

Venice and Treviso airports, with a “door to door” service

As of May 2019, the airports of Venice and Treviso are directly connected to the Village thanks to an efficient bus service . On your return home, you can board the bus at the bus stop right outside the campsite and get back to the airport. Tickets can be purchased online here.

Venice, St. Mark’s square

With the “Quickly – Easy Venice Bus&Boat” service you can get to the historic centre of Venice with a single ticket that includes the bus journey from Via Fausta to Punta Sabbioni and the motor boat journey from Punta Sabbioni to San Zaccaria, near St. Mark’s Square.

Venice and lagoon islands

Running every day every thirty minutes, Atvo “door to door” bus service takes you to the Punta Sabbioni Lagoon terminal, where you can board a boat to Venice and the wonderful lagoon islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello.

Shopping at McArthur Glen Outlet

From Camping Village Mediterraneo to the best shopping experience! Thanks to Atvo’s regular shuttle service you can get to the renowned McArthur Glen Outlet di Noventa di Piave shopping village where you can find designer’s clothes and accessories at extremely convenient prices! For this journey, you will have to change bus just once at the bus station in Jesolo Lido.

The Laguniamo project: Venice lagoon by boat and kayak.

Laguniamo offers the opportunity to admire the lagoon from an unusual perspective through kayak outings, ELECTRIC and MOTOR boat tours.
Thanks to the collaboration with our best partners, we organise accompanied trips in the morning and at sunset and in the evening, nature outings, private tours, birthday parties, team building, bachelor/bachelorette parties, electric boat rides through the park of Cavallino Treporti, canoe rental and the possibility of a kayak tour with bike tour.
