On the ground floor of ‘Le Terrazze del Mediterraneo’ you will find Il Cappero restaurant, which offers typical Italian and Venetian dishes.Our menu showcases the finest local produce, where local delicacies and fresh, genuine ingredients are skilfully transformed into delectable meat and fish specialties. You can indulge in the timeless classics of pasta and pizza, prepared traditionally or with a creative twist. We also cater to the needs of children with specially chosen options on the menu, as well as a range of vegetarian and gluten-free alternatives.

Il Ginepro Bistrot

Opening 2024: May 13th

The Ginepro Bistrot, in collaboration with I-Sushi, is the young and cool place to enjoy fusion food that enhances the simple and genuine flavours of Japanese cuisine as well as its healthy properties: a journey through flavours and combinations that mix oriental and European cuisine and their respective traditions.

Dishes range from the typical steamed ravioli, to salmon or tuna tartare, or classic nigiri and uramaki, not to mention new versions of ‘pasta alla carbonara’ or spaghetti with mussels. There is no shortage of light alternatives for a lunch on the terrace or at the infinity pool or more elaborate ones for a dinner with a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea or the illuminated water park. In addition, the Bistrot provides a special menu for children, opening its doors to fun family dinners.

And for after-dinner drinks, fresh cocktails with aromatic notes of ginger, sake or midori or a wide selection of craft beers, all accompanied by live music in this beautiful location on the first floor of Le Terrazze del Mediterraneo.

Il Cedro Artisan Ice-cream and Pastry Shop

Don’t forget to visit the artisan ice-cream and pastry shop at ‘Le Terrazze del Mediterraneo’, also found on the ground floor.

Here, the experience of Alessandro Saramin, a pastry chef since he was 18 years old, can be tasted in every morsel. His breakfast menu includes a wide choice of croissants, doughnuts, cakes and pastries with some savory items, also available for take away, for those who prefer to enjoy traditional Italian flavours in their accommodation unit or at the camping pitch.

During the day, snacks, focacce and club sandwiches are ready to brighten up your lunches and snacks, always accompanied by a healthy vitamin-rich freshly extracted juice or, why not, a typical Venetian spritz aperitif.

If, on the other hand, you are at the water park, ask the staff in charge or use the app to order and get your order directly at the poolside station. In the afternoon, you won’t be able to resist a delicious homemade ice-cream, made with healthy and quality ingredients; choose among the most classic flavours, served in cups, cones or maxi cups!

And for an after-dinner drink, take a look at the menu, where you’ll find a wide choice of craft beers and cocktails.
