Il Ginepro Bistrot

Located on the first floor of Le Terrazze del Mediterraneo complex, Il Ginepro Bistrot is a new venue designed to bring flavour and lightness to every moment of the day.

From 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., the bistrot offers a full bar service: coffee, wine, cocktails and soft drinks to enjoy freely—including by the Infinity Pool. Right here, guests can take advantage of our complimentary poolside service, with orders delivered directly to your lounger.

During the midday hours, a small brunch menu features homemade pancakes, avocado toast, savoury bagels, egg and bacon dishes, fitness-friendly options with Greek yogurt and fruit, as well as gourmet toast and sandwiches.

The kitchen and pizzeria are open for both lunch and dinner, serving dishes that celebrate the flavours of land and sea: starters, first and second courses with homemade fresh pasta, hearty salads, pizza by the slice, gourmet pizzas, crostini and focaccia.

Il Ginepro stands out with its fresh and stylish atmosphere by day, which in the evening becomes even more refined and inviting—always marked by great taste and warm hospitality.
