    Camping
    • Requests may be submitted only for the same pitch and the same period indicated in your 2026 booking, with the exception of the Pentecost period.
    • In the “pitch number” field, please indicate the pitch booked for the current season, as well as at least 3 alternative pitch numbers. These alternatives will allow us to handle your request as accurately as possible should your preferred pitch not be available. If no alternative pitches are provided, your request may not be processed.
    • For the Pentecost period 2027, from 15/05 to 30/05/2027, pitches may be pre-booked for weekly stays, with arrival and departure on Saturday or Sunday. Alternatively, it will be possible to request a stay with arrival on Saturday/Sunday 15–16/05/2027 and departure on Thursday 27/05/2027.
    • Should the request not comply with the conditions stated above, the Management reserves the right not to process it or to assign the first available pitch for the period requested by the guest.

    Glamping
    • During the Pentecost period 2027, from 15/05 to 30/05/2027, accommodation units may be pre-booked for weekly stays, with arrival and departure on Saturday or Sunday.
    • For accommodation units, it is not possible to request a specific unit number: pre-bookings may be made only for the desired accommodation type. Any preferences regarding location, orientation or unit number — at least 3 numbers — may be indicated in the “Notes” field and will be taken into consideration, where possible, according to availability. However, such preferences cannot be guaranteed.


    Lodging

    General Pre-booking Conditions (valid for both pitches and accommodation units)
    • If you wish to submit two pre-booking requests for two different periods, please complete two separate forms, so that we can manage each request correctly.
    • Pre-bookings made on behalf of third parties cannot be accepted. Each request must therefore be completed directly by the person named on the booking.
    • Please submit the form no later than 8 June 2026. We cannot guarantee that requests received after this date will be processed.
    • Once the pre-booking form has been received, the Camping Village will send an acknowledgement of receipt within a few days. A non-binding pre-confirmation form will then be sent by 31/07/2026.
    • Until the non-binding pre-confirmation is sent at the end of July 2026, it will not be possible to accept changes to pre-booking requests that have already been submitted.
    • Requests will be accepted exclusively through this form. Any other method of submission will not be taken into consideration.
    • By completing and submitting the form, you fully accept the pre-booking conditions stated above.
