On Tuesday 4th August the ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the official inauguration of Le Terrazze del Mediterraneo, the new seafront area of the Camping Village Mediterraneo which includes the new water park and three multi-service buildings.
The campsite’s verdant paradise, the village’s comforts and luxury are now complemented by an expanded gastronomic offer, with a restaurant-pizzeria, lounge bar and ice-cream parlour; a charming wellness area with infinity pool; an exclusive boutique and numerous new services such as a hairdresser, nursery and babysitting service, photographer and fitness centre.
The inauguration was attended by the vice-president of the Veneto region Gianluca Forcolin, the mayor of Cavallino-Treporti Roberta Nesto, the president of Assocamping Francesco Berton, the president of the Parco Turistico Paolo Bertolini and the local authorities.
The inauguration, as well as being an opportunity to discuss the future of post-emergency Coronavirus tourism, symbolised the rebirth of Camping Village Mediterraneo, from the downburst of August 2017 until today: a path of challenges and hard work that has allowed our structure to earn 5 stars and to place itself, once again, among the elite of Cavallino-Treporti.
