The beach service includes the exclusive use of a beach-umbrella and two sun loungers.

The prices of each person already include a Tourist tax of € 0,40. The Tourist tax is mandatory for guests staying overnight regardless of age; it is due even during the unpaid days in the

HAPPY VILLAGE
(26.04 - 26.05 / 08.09 - 30.09)
Stay 7 days and pay 6 or stay 10 days and pay 8 or stay 14 days and pay 11 for all our Caravan and Maxi Caravans.

HAPPY WEEK-END
(27.04 - 20.05 / 07.09 - 30.09)
Maxi Caravan or Caravan, Friday to Sunday max. 4 persons, final cleaning and beach service included € 112,00.

HAPPY JUNE (09.06-23.06)
Stay 7 days and pay 6 or stay 14 days and pay 12 for all pitches and Units.

Minimum stay: 3 days in high season. Check out: Departures must take place before 10.00 for the units and before 12.00 for the pitches. After 12.00 another day rate will be charged. Visitors: In the highseason on Saturdays, Sundays and "Ferragosto" visitors are not allowed. Cash - hours: 08.00-12.00 / 16.00-19.00

SEASON 2012 (26.04 - 30.09)
 

Booking Conditions

1) Bookings are accepted for all the Caravan, Maxi Caravans and type A pitches. Only weekly bookings are accepted for the accommodation units.
2) A deposit is required the sum of which is indicated in the booking offer sent on request. This offer includes the terms of payment.
3) In the event that the deposit is not received or is received after the established date the management will cancel the booking and may otherwise occupy the unit or pitch without further notification.
4) The whole sum of the the deposit will be subtracted from the final total.
5) The whole deposit will be withheld in the event that any cancellation is not received within 45 days of the arrival date. In the event that the deposit is returned €25.00 will be withheld.
6) If there is a change in period the Management reserves the right to assign and unit or pitch numer that is different from that originally booked.
7) Guests arriving after the arrival date ar leaving before the departure date will be charged for the whole period booked. Variations in the booking periods are allowed up to 45 days before the arrival date.
8) Pitches and accommodation units are available after 17.00 on the arrival day. On the day of departure pitches must be vacated before 12.00 and the accommodation units before 10.00. The keys must be handed into reception before these times.
(9) Arrival is accepted up to 13.00 on the day after that of the booked arrival date. After that time the Management may utilise the booking without reimbursing the deposit.
10) The booking is only considered confirmed on receipt of the “booking confirmation”.
11) 2012 Season: The above conditions apply. Previous conditions are to be considered nul and void.
